If you'd like a bespoke, detailed design for your property like those you see in my videos, this is for you. This process covers the first two stages of a full architectural project and will provide you with a very detailed concept design in both 3D and 2D for you to either understand the potential of your home or develop with a local professional. Beyond this I can assist you on a consultancy basis to provide support as the design develops.

I carry out the initial sketch design process on an hourly rate. This allows my clients the confidence of being familiar with the design before it is developed formally. Beyond this I work to a fixed rate per stage based on the scope and brief of the project. Revisions beyond this are then set to an hourly rate.

The process is split into the following stages:

Stage 1: Feasibility Study with 2D plan designs

Stage 2: Concept Design with 3D model

Stage 2.1: Photorealistic Rendering and Material Strategy

This is for you if:

• You want to understand the potential of a property in detail

• You plan to sell your property and want to show its potential to prospective buyers

Get in touch and we can chat about your project. If you'd like a quote, I can send you one once I'm clear on your goals and I'll let you know what info I'd need in order to get going. If you're happy with my quote and would like to work with me, I'll ask for a deposit equal to 50% of Stage 1 to confirm.

You'll have plenty of input in the design as we'll schedule video calls at each stage so I can show you my progress and you can give me your feedback. I'll then show you how I've incorporated that and make sure you're happy before moving any further.

The following is a breakdown of what you can expect to receive from this process:

Stage 1: 2D plan design presentation document + video call review

Stage 2: 3D model design presentation document + video call review

Stage 2.1: Photorealistic rendering presentation images and material strategy

The final issue will be a handover pack containing:

• The set of finalised 2D plan drawings in AutoCAD .dwg format

• The finalised 3D model in Sketchup .skp format

• A set of handover notes summarising the process taken to achieve the design; specific information relevant to the project; risk assessment considerations

• A shared folder (Google Drive or similar with open permissions) with as many drawings and photos as you have so that I can get a good understanding of your project.

• Either a set of professionally measured survey drawings and model OR a 3D scan converted to Sketchup via canvas.io. Please ask me for more information on this if required.

• Please also include a clear brief that sets out the exact problems you are facing and your ambitions/dreams for the project.
